The rest? Sales: rants and raves about the wonderfull Seatle Barista accademy, trying to get you to come there so you can pay MORE money to really learn anything. I can understand the concept of a small sample DVD as an advertisement (if they were maybe giving it away) and in that case OK, don't go giving away all your secrets, but I paid $20 for this thing. For that same price I've currently got a Bread making DVD on here that lasts over 40 minutes and shows start to finish how to make everything from Baguettes to Cinnamon rolls.
